Music Ministries
How does the pandemic affect Gary's music ministries?
Support, comfort, and spiritual connection are some of the things that matter in a worship experience. Music is an expression of faith in God. Singing together feeds our souls and unifies our hearts.
Gary Church vocal and bell ministries are back!
We will have some limitations, but it’s worth the adjustment for the joy of making music together again. All ensembles will follow protocols specific to each group, including distancing, ventilation, limited time in rooms, and mandatory masks. Some groups may move to larger spaces to allow for proper distancing.
Singing and wind instruments present particular dangers for spreading viruses. Therefore, all singers and wind instrument players who want to participate are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and must be willing to share this personal information.
Contact the group’s director or Jennifer Whiting through the Church Office for the most up-to-date information. You can also find COVID-19 protocols at garychurch.org.
Stringed instruments, guitars, keyboards, and percussion are welcome in our Sunday morning worship. Please contact Jennifer Whiting ( ) if you would like to share your musical gift.
